Man to be prosecuted for killing two people in Oldehove

groningen - The Public Prosecution Service is going to prosecute a 42-year-old man from the municipality of Westerkwartier in Groningen for causing a fatal accident in Oldehove that resulted in the deaths of two pedestrians.
Three pedestrians were involved in the accident on Boventilsterweg. One of them, a 21-year-old man from the municipality of Westerkwartier, which includes Oldehove, was killed instantly. An 18-year-old man from Dronten later died in the hospital from his injuries. The third victim, a 19-year-old man from Dronten, was seriously injured.
It is not yet known when the court in Groningen will handle the case.
