naples - The organization behind the annual 50 Top Pizza World 2024 announced this week that the best pizza in the world comes from New York, not Italy. Amsterdam's pizzeria nNea ranked as the best in the Netherlands, securing the 47th spot.

The list was revealed in Naples. Una Pizza Napoletana, located on Orchard Street in the US, claimed the top spot, surpassing competitors from Naples and Caserta. The third spot went to The Pizza Bar on 38th in Tokyo. nNea from Amsterdam made it to the top 50, moving up one spot from last year with gratitude towards their team and customers.

nNea concluded the announcement by stating their commitment to constantly improving the pizza experience for their customers. The 50 Top Pizza World 2024 list is compiled by anonymous inspectors who visit pizzerias worldwide, evaluating criteria like customer well-being and product quality.
