arizona - A man from Arizona discovered a Lego block in his nose that had been lodged there for almost 30 years. Read about his experience and how it affected his breathing.

A man from Arizona was surprised to find a Lego block that had been stuck in his nose for nearly 30 years when he blew his nose. "I can finally breathe normally through my nose again," says Ben Havoc.

When he was about 6 years old, he inserted a small, round Lego block into his nose. "I don't know why I did that," he says. "That's what kids of that age do, right?"

"I put the Lego figure in my nose and, of course, its head came off," he says. And it stayed there all these years, as it turns out.

Havoc, now 32, has been dealing with health issues including asthma and sleep apnea.

His doctor advised him to blow his nose vigorously while showering during the dry summer months in Arizona to take advantage of the steam and moisture in the air.
