Sessions may stay for a while

washington - The US Justice Minister Jeff Sessions is certainly sure of his job until November. President Donald Trump said on Thursday that his minister may at least stay until the mid-term parliamentary elections in that month.
The relationship between Sessions and Trump has been difficult for months. The minister withdrew early last year from the FBI investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 elections. He wanted to avoid any appearance of bias.
Trump was not happy and said that he would never have appointed Sessions if he had known that. Later he stated again that he had confidence in the Minister of Justice.
