amsterdam - Linguee digital dictionary launched a new app for Android smartphones and tablets. The new app is able to translate words and phrases without requiring an internet connection during use.

Currently the app supports 17 languages. These dictionaries can be downloaded to the device itself, thus making them immediately accessible. This eliminates the need to be when used on a holiday, for example, made no costly Internet.
