washington - US President Donald Trump acknowledged Friday that Russia has launched an 'anti-US campaign' ahead of the 2016 elections.
But his election campaign did not go wrong, Trump says in a message on Twitter, after special prosecutor Robert Mueller had indicted thirteen Russians for interference in the elections.
'Russia started its anti-American campaign in 2014, long before I announced I was in the race for the presidential election. The results of the election were not affected. The Trump campaign did nothing wrong- no covert appointments! 'Trump said in a tweet.
