Girl (11) shot to fireworks

- The eleven year old girl who was killed during a New Year's Eve celebration in Germany is still not slain by a afzwaaier. An angry neighbor, who was annoyed by the loud bangs on the street, has focused shot. The 53-year-old man was arrested. The shock in the small village Unterschleichach is great.

Justice in Bavaria announced the arrest Wednesday. The man admitted that he had shot during old and new in a crowd on the street. But he was not going to kill anyone, he said.

The man had argued with his family. He was frustrated and spent New Year's Eve at home alone. At 1. 00 pm at night he was awakened by explosions. Out of anger about it and annoyed about his personal situation he pulled a gun out of the basement and he shot three or four times.

The girl was hit. She collapsed in the street and died in hospital. During the autopsy revealed that she had a bullet in her head.
