Dell changes name to Dell Technologies

- The US computer company Dell on Tuesday unveiled its new name: Dell Technologies. This company wants to show that it is more than a manufacturer of computers. Dell is working on the acquisition of the company EMC. If the acquisition is completed is Dell owns include the virtualization software VMware.

Quot; Our vision is a strategic range of products that brings the entire infrastructure of customers together. From hardware to software and from the cores to the cloud , said CEO Michael Dell. He pointed out that products from EMC and Dell well together and can work efficiently with the merger of the two companies.

Dell incidentally does not disappear as a brand. It remains a subsidiary brand which focuses on smaller customers.
