Fans may sniff coke during World Cup in Russia

- Sniff a line of coke, use heroin or smoke a joint while watching a football match during the World Cup in Russia. That is allowed, provided you have a recipe and the necessary papers. This is reported by various Russian media, including The Moscow Times.

The Eurasian Economic Union published this decision on its own website this week. If all the paperwork is correct, fans can go ahead on the stands.

The organization of the World Cup football has informed the Russian newspaper Izvestia that police officers will check extra for medical prescriptions and whether they are authentic.

The World Cup football starts on June 14 and lasts until July 15th. In total 32 countries participate, the Netherlands is not there.
