oslo - Norway refuses to accept the victory mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik recently booked in court. Breivik got right in a case about the strict regime that he goes to prison. Norway appeals.
A judge ruled on April 20 that the human rights of Breivik
are violated. He would often handcuffed and must be inspected naked. The Norwegian is responsible for two attacks in 2011 in Oslo and on the island of Utoya. He spent a total of 77 people dead.
