Black death row inmate free white jury

- The US Supreme Court has a black death row acquitted of murdering a white woman because he was sentenced in 1987 by an all white jury. According to the Supreme Court, the prosecutors had unlawfully excluded African-Americans from jury service.
The 48-year-old Timothy Foster, who has spent nearly three decades on death row, was convicted for the death of 79-year-old Queen White, a retired teacher. He may well be tried again for the murder.
