Trump waterboarding in fight against IS

- US presidential candidate for the Republicans Donald Trump said Sunday open to tough measures in the fight against terrorist organization Islamic State (IS), including the controversial interrogation tactics waterboarding.

Waterboarding, known in Dutch as apparent drowning, is an interrogation technique in which the tied hearkened to get a wet cloth over the face of which each water is poured. This gives the feeling of drowning.

In an interview with ABC's This Week program, Trump talked about a resurgence of these tactics and other interrogation tactics. He pointed to the recent beheadings of Christians in the Middle East as evidence of the need for tougher interrogation methods on suspected members of extremist groups.
