Italians rescue 1400 refugees at sea

rome - A vessel of the Italian coastguard and navy on Tuesday in the southern part of the Mediterranean rescued about 1,400 refugees. The migrants include floated around in rubber boats.
Most of those on board the small craft were from African countries. According to Italy, the refugees had left from Libya.
