After being summoned for questioning by the Corruption Investigation Office (CIO) this morning, Yoon's lawyer stated that he will not appear before the President of the CIO. Yoon, who was detained in the context of the state of emergency investigation, has been under interrogation for more than 10 hours. The former President faces allegations of 'insurrection' and 'misuse of power' due to the declaration of martial law on December 3, 2024.
