paris - The French sex scandal takes a new turn as the former CEO is accused of offering a young woman as a sex slave in a swinger club.

Bouthier, former CEO of the insurance company Assu 2000 and a prominent figure in the French Quote 500, was previously charged in 2022 along with nine others in Morocco for crimes including human trafficking and rape of a minor. Now, a young woman identified as Aïcha has come forward with additional allegations. She told the court in France last September that Bouthier had confined her in an apartment and forced her to participate in group sex against her will multiple times in a Parisian sex club.

Aïcha shared with the court that she continues to struggle with the traumatic experiences she endured. She first met Bouthier when she was sixteen through her cousin. He allegedly imprisoned her in an apartment in Saint-Denis near Paris, where she lived in isolation, only communicating with Bouthier. During each visit, she was subjected to his demands. He repeatedly told her that without him, she would end up in a brothel due to her lack of education and documentation. Isolated and naive, Aïcha fell deeper into his trap.

Upon reaching adulthood, he frequently took her to a sex club in Paris. Initially, she was denied entry for looking too young. Inside, she was coerced into engaging in sexual acts with multiple individuals, sometimes simultaneously, for up to five hours at a time. Aïcha recalls feeling trapped in his fantasy of watching her with others, creating a sinister atmosphere. Despite her tears and pleas, she was coerced with the notion that it was all for 'pleasure' when she sought refuge in a restroom.

Driven by fear and the belief that escape was impossible, she complied with his demands. She was taken to the club six to seven times in total and alleges being gang-raped by ten men on one occasion. Despite her attempts to resist, she felt too vulnerable to break free until after enduring hours of abuse. In March 2022, she approached the authorities, revealing her five-year captivity by a businessman.

As of now, Bouthier and his legal team have refrained from commenting on the allegations. Le Figaro reports that the former CEO denied all accusations during police interrogation, claiming Aïcha consented to everything and had the freedom to leave at any time. In August 2022, during a psychiatric evaluation, he remarked, 'I was primarily her lover, but also her banker.'

Bouthier faces charges related to human trafficking, rape of a minor, and possession of child pornography images. Following months of pretrial detention, he was released in March 2023 on health grounds pending his trial.

The former CEO also faces charges in Morocco related to various sexual offenses. He has already been a subject of a trial there, resulting in sentences of up to ten years for him and his associates. Bouthier was briefly incarcerated in Morocco before being provisionally released upon payment of a half-million-euro bond. Seven women have lodged complaints against him, primarily centered in Tanger.
