Virginia Giuffre, the woman who accused Prince Andrew of sexual abuse linked to the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, has tragically died by suicide.

Accusations and Settlement

Giuffre claimed that Andrew had sexual relations with her when she was 17 and was trafficked by Epstein. Despite Andrew denying the allegations, a settlement was reached in March 2022.

Family Statement

Her family released a statement saying, "Virginia fought against abuse, inspiring other survivors. The toll of the abuse became unbearable for her, leading to this tragic outcome."

Giuffre's Instagram post about a fatal accident was later clarified by her family as a misunderstanding, emphasizing her serious condition post-incident.
