washington - President Trump ends temporary status for Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan migrants, citing law violations.

Trump Administration Revokes Temporary Status

The Trump administration will revoke the temporary legal status of 530,000 Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan migrants starting April 24.

The migrants were granted conditional status by former President Joe Biden, allowing entry with financial support from individuals in the US.

Trump accuses Biden of violating laws and takes immediate action upon returning to office.

Trump aims to decide soon on the status of around 240,000 Ukrainians who fled to the US during the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
