united states - Tom Hanks, at the age of 68, shares insights about the challenges of aging while promoting his latest film 'Here.'

Tom Hanks, now 68, revealed that he considers 35 years old to be the 'toughest' age, citing physical changes due to aging. He spoke candidly about the negative effects he experienced at that time during an interview to promote his new movie, 'Here.' Hanks mentioned that at the age of around 35, one's metabolism slows down, gravity starts to take a toll on the body, bones start to wear out, and posture changes. 'I think I'm in better shape now,' he admitted.

When complimented on his appearance, the 68-year-old actor attributed it to his children being grown-up, allowing him to exercise and eat healthily, which he found challenging at 35. 'Life is really tough at that age!'

'Here' was released in theaters yesterday, featuring Robin Wright alongside Hanks. The film showcases Hanks and Wright seamlessly transitioning from their teenage selves to their 80-year-old characters using makeup and digital rejuvenation techniques.

Last August, Tom Hanks informed his 9 million Instagram followers that unauthorized AI-generated ads falsely using his name, image, and voice were circulating online. He stated that these ads were created without his permission, labeling them as fraudulent and AI-generated.
