He stated that Kurds are an integral part of Syria and the country will not be divided. Shera mentioned ongoing negotiations with the PKK/YPG to resolve the crisis in northeastern Syria and later integrate this group into the government's armed forces.
Shera also mentioned that the group Heyet Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) will be dissolved definitively and this will be declared at the National Dialogue Conference. He highlighted that the new administration will govern the country with a 'state logic'. Shera stated that the liberation of Syria will ensure stability in the region for '50 years'. He explained that before the new leader of the country is elected, certain political stages need to be completed. Shera estimated that preparing and writing a new constitution could take around 3 years, and elections could be held approximately 4 years later. He emphasized the need for a comprehensive census to be carried out for healthy elections, noting that this process will take time.
