SpaceX Starship Rocket Lost in Explosion
An unmanned Starship rocket of SpaceX was lost on Thursday after launch from Boca Chica in the US state of Texas. In a test, Starship was supposed to launch ten objects into space mimicking the size, shape, and weight of Starlink satellites. The goal is to use Starship rockets to bring cargo into orbit in the future. This was SpaceX's first attempt to carry cargo into space with this type of rocket.
The launch took place a few hours after the successful launch of a rocket by Blue Origin, a company founded by Jeff Bezos to compete with SpaceX, Elon Musk's space company.
