cape canaveral - NASA has announced that the space mission of two stranded astronauts has been extended once again, now until spring.
In September, NASA had already stated that Barry Wilmore and Sunita Williams would have to stay at the ISS space station until February. The pair flew to the space station ten months ago in a Starliner capsule from Boeing.
The new ISS crew, consisting of four astronauts, was scheduled to travel to the space station in February. However, space company SpaceX needs more time to prepare the new capsule for launch, which is now scheduled for no earlier than the end of March.
