Private Jet Accident in Arizona
At least one person has been killed in a private jet accident in Arizona, where a Learjet 35A belonging to rock star Vince Neil of Mötley Crüe skidded off the runway and collided with a parked Gulfstream 200. Neil was not on board during the incident, as confirmed by his lawyer.
An airport official mentioned that a part of the jet's landing gear was malfunctioning, prompting the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) to launch an investigation into the crash.
The identities of the victims have not been disclosed, and it remains unclear whether they were in the landing jet or the parked aircraft. This accident adds to a series of fatal aviation incidents in the U.S., including a helicopter and passenger plane collision in Washington that claimed 67 lives, as well as separate plane crashes in Philadelphia and Alaska resulting in additional fatalities.
