In a recent incident in Georgia, a Delta Airlines plane carrying 94 passengers, 2 pilots, and 3 flight attendants had to make an emergency landing back at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport due to smoke or haze in the cabin.
Passengers covered their faces with clothes to avoid inhaling the smoke as they evacuated the plane using the emergency slides. Delta Airlines issued an apology to passengers, and the FAA has initiated an investigation into the cause of the incident.
