sweden - French newspaper Le Parisien reveals new information about the two-day Swedish trip of star footballer Kylian Mbappé.
French newspaper Le Parisien has uncovered new details about the two-day Swedish trip of star footballer Kylian Mbappé.
The Swedish Public Prosecutor's Office confirmed that an investigation has been launched and according to Expressen, Real Madrid's footballer is considered a "reasonable suspect," the lowest level of suspicion under Swedish law.
Mbappé took the trip on the recommendation of and together with Nordi Mukiele, former teammate of Mbappé at PSG and also a French international. The stay was organized by a company specializing in luxury trips for VIPs. Everything was taken care of: hotel reservations, restaurants, renting nightclubs, and even company to spend the evenings with.
On the evening of October 10, Kylian Mbappé, two friends from his entourage, and fellow international Nordi Mukiele reportedly used the services of fixer Marco D., a former model who earns a living by organizing VIP parties in Sweden and Denmark and frequently attends parties in Paris and Monaco.
Marco D. arranged for two nights at the Bank Hotel, which offers luxury suites of 200 square meters, and suggested renting a part of the V-Club, an exclusive nightclub in central Stockholm, and providing female company "mainly selected based on aesthetic criteria."
On the second night of the trip, Mbappé and his friends reportedly returned to their hotel "in company." According to Le Parisien, Mbappé allegedly had sex that night. The French star is said to possess messages exchanged with the woman where the tone is positive and suggests a consensual relationship, making it difficult for Mbappé to believe that the woman filed a complaint.
The woman's lawyer, Petra Eklund, declined to comment. Likewise, the player's entourage did not provide any comments on the details released by Le Parisien.
