france, america - A mysterious plane stowaway, who hopped from toilet to toilet on a Delta Airlines flight and was escorted off at Charles de Gaulle, claims to have been poisoned by the Russian secret service.

Svetlana D., wearing a pink hat and a face mask, kept insisting at Charles de Gaulle airport that her deportation back to America was illegal and against the Geneva Convention. "Only a judge can force me," she reportedly said according to CNN. Begging other passengers, D., who had an expired Russian passport, pleaded, "Please help me."

According to the French newspaper Le Parisien, Svetlana claims that 'the Russian secret service', in cooperation with Americans, allegedly attempted to poison her with Polonium. D. underwent medical examination in Paris, but no traces were found in her body according to Parisien.

Due to causing a commotion, she was taken off the return flight of Delta Airlines headed to New York. Svetlana is now detained at the airport. As she holds a permanent Green Card for America, the country must readmit her.

It is still unclear how the 57-year-old managed to fly to France illegally last week without a boarding pass. The passenger passed two security checks at JFK airport.

Svetlana had no seat on the overcrowded flight and kept moving between the four toilets on board. Passengers began to question her health as she spent so much time in the restroom. It was only moments before landing in Paris that her ruse was discovered.
