The man was smoking on a platform in Bavaria when the train doors closed, prompting him to jump to the connection point between two train cars. Alerted by witnesses, authorities were informed and the train was stopped in a controlled manner as the man traveled 32 kilometers while clinging to cables.
Arrested for Riding without a Ticket
The man, whose identity remains undisclosed, stated to the police that he knew the act was dangerous but did it to not leave his luggage on a train traveling from Munich to Lübeck. It was also discovered that he did not have a ticket, leading to his arrest by the police.
