In Italy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the websites of two airports, among other official institutions, were targeted by pro-Russian hackers. Italian authorities reported that the attack did not cause any disruptions in flights. According to the Italian ANSA news agency, a pro-Russian group named 'NoName057' carried out cyber attacks on some Italian official institution websites. The group claimed responsibility for the attack through Telegram, stating that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, two airports in Milan, and some other official institution websites were targeted, saying, 'Italian Russophobes are getting the response they deserve.' Italian officials confirmed that the attack did not cause any disruptions in flights. This is not the first time; in February and March 2023, many state institutions in Italy were also targeted by the same group in cyber attacks.
