Again restless Belgian prison

In a Belgian prison has been restless again.

The police claim to have only used pepper spray on the lower body of a number of prisoners to get them back into their cells. A dozen inmates voluntarily went back after the police she had gone into conversation.

Saturday arrived in Merksplas about two hundred prisoners rebelled, demanding more participation.
